Oh, yeah and your building 'FS' is on hold until I finish this part of town, plus I enter the EB contest and of course wait for more cash to flow in....you don't want grubby parts do you ? legowink

Has anyone got any ideas for trees.....I have tried during the day and I'm sort of happy with it but I really want something Aussie ? legowink

I tried making some gum trees last week, I used light grey for the trunks and used medium green tree branches, they looked OK. I had to destroy them for parts but will be making more in the future. The amount of peices you need to make decent trees is crazy.

I was thinking of using different greys too.....I'll just have to try, but I'll need to buy stuff in to it......still cash flow is not good.

Since you have revealed two different buildings does that mean you will put your mind to building a separate real estate office ???

That Elders building is nice, although I would still consider building a fuel depot at a later date - when you get the money. It's always good to come on here and see how New Mannum is progressing.

There is no need for a separate real estate office since they combined them in the real world as per photos above as proof.
A fuel depot is still on the cards but a different structure than the other one from a few days ago.....I didn't like it that much.
Now for the sad news.....due to cash flow problems I cancelled my cargo train....car insurance comes first......Galaxy Toys might be getting more in so I still might get one in the end.
It is a sad day.

Question - my fuel depot should still go at the left end of town or next to the Elders which is on the right side of town.....note Elders sell Shell lube products but I'm not sure if any of their branches have fuel bowsers ? legosunglasses

Every Elders store i have ever seen is always situated in a very old almost rundown looking building. I think you have captured this look very well

Next to Elders on the right side of town seems like the best option - competition, and supplies nearby if something needs repairing and the mechanic isn't in.

Thanks for the feedback everyone, I actually found an Elders agent that's also a Mobil agent too......funny Elders promote Shell ? legoscared

I guess the Elders can be tied into a fuel depot and the Holden/Case Dealer in a way......I'll test it out see how it goes.

Too late, the left will now a gravel car park for the pub......somewhere to park a ute or two. legowink

The right side will be more the industrial style/side of town so to speak.
