I'll say it again, New Mannum looks great all together like that!

But i've changed my mind on my fav buildings, i think the PO is still my fav but the Mitre 10 store comes a close second!

But it's looking great, esp with the train line running down the street legohappy

I does look good LT. You have a great knack for creating realistic buildings while preserving the simplicity of LEGO sets.

It sounds like you need more LEGO train fans to play with though. I can't imagine a show with just one running engine. If you ever get a chance to come to Melbourne for a show I'm sure you'd have a blast. We normally jostle to run trains since we have so many between our club members. We sometimes end up using the same channel on the remotes which can lead to chaos as you'd imagine.

Brickvention, the big LEGO one is always around the third weekend of January. The Melbourne L-guage Train Club also displays at a couple of train shows a year; at Sandown in March and Caulfield in August. There are also a few regional and charity LEGO shows, though they tend to have smaller train layouts. Off the top of my head there will be on in Queenscliff(June), Ringwood(Sept ??) and Williamstown (Oct)

I'm pretty sure if you get an exhibitor application in in time there would be room. Check out the Brickvention facebook group and you'll be able to find out when applications open.
