Tower Bridge for Xmas
after showing my mum this model back in July last year she got it for me as Xmas gift.
I don't like buying like this type of kits due to the price but its fun to be given one and after building it i have fall in love with this model.
Started Xmas unpacking all bags and putting all same color and shapes together to make the build go faster what didn't help much.
tower one take me all of Monday just to get the base done and with help of my 8 year old nephew got 2nd started Tuesday by 6pm Wednesday i had it done with 72hrs of building under my belt.
its a good kit but you need alot of time to build it lol 7/10 for fun lol.

I'm jealous of your wonderful present from your Mum.
You sound as though you had a lot of fun putting it together.
Where are you going to put it?

Nice present Shieldzee1.
It is a really beautiful build and full of delicious tan bricks and millions of cheese pieces.

Cool present Shieldzee1. I hope you thanked your mum
I'm jealous too haz, I'd love this set but it's more than I can afford and not my highest priority in any case so it's likely I'll miss out.

Grats on that Adam. I got one back in August. Its a nice set. It survived a trip from the Sunny coast to emerald and back again. Bubble wrap . Then my mother decided it needed a bigger box and as she moved -- well lets say t works just as well as a lot of spare's.
