Yep, and the reason is Pride of Ringwood hopps. As one of my mates who grew up in Ringwood says: "How can anything from Ringwood have any pride about it?".

That being said pretty much all commercial beer in Australia is forced to use it since it's pretty expensive to solely use imported hopps. Ales can still be OK despite it, but Largers and Pilsners which are far more heavily hopped will have the Pride of Ringwood metallic taste to them.

I set the town centre at ADElug tonight.....only 3 of us though including the store owner !
