MOC - CITY Hardware Store & other buildings

It's been a few weeks since I posted any designs and with the coming of Town Square I decided to start designing buildings to join that set.....well when I can buy it.
Through out European cities you can find small inner city hardware stores so here is my take on them.
The painter's roller has come in just in time eh ?
Now what's going on top....well either a second floor for giftware/kitchenware/glassware or a different business all together....an office of some sort....any ideas or suggestions ?

Oh, an example of a real one I guess would be a good idea right ?

A post office and bank will be built either side of the hardware store.....among some other buildings as well......I've been bitten again by the MOCing Bug !

Thanks 'timmyc1983' for your kind words, and I'm working on the next floor.....but living space or office space which should it be ?

Yeah I didn't realise Octan had regular shops, will there be fuel?

I like being original with my ideas.......a tankstation perhaps.....I need town square to work it out first.....no wait I have the parking station with petrol pumps.

What does an Octan shop sell? I see vegies out front.
BTW where did you get those red apples?, you don't see them very often.

In the window fridge case is cheese and smallgoods....no room to display bread or a drinks fridge......hmm, a vending machine.....down the track might be handy......keep watching !

Are you looking for more businesses to go up stairs or going residential? How high you planning to go....?

At least another floor and I would say more offices.....what kind ? Perhaps one business takes up two floors......might be in the money eh ?
