This is the start of my train layout. My plan is to build the following on it:

- Train control tower
- Storage shed
- Take away shop
- Train workshop
- Break room / office

I spent quite a bit of time last night making sure I was happy with the track before I start building the buildings, I think it is about the best track layout I can do with the space and pieces I have.

Your layout seems to have a 1980's to current feel about it which I like having collected LEGO throughout this period of time legohappy

Keep up the good work, mate !!!

Thanks Brent.

I am having a day off work Friday so I am planning on doing some serious work on this, life has got in the way a little bit of late.

I am just starting to build the depot / office building and once I have this finished I will make a start on some more smaller buildings. Once I have some people and cars / trucks on the layout it will look much better.

My own layout is expanding all the time as you well know from my photos that I paste on facebook however as usual I find it hard keeping with the pace of the new sets which therefore give me fresh ideas legohappy

The new forest and yet to be released mining sets are going to add a new dimension to my layout for sure !!!
