On the 6th of may I placed a pickabrick order and bought some sets still had not arrived by the 28th so i phoned lego and was informed that the order will still take another week and that is the standard time for a pick a brick order to Australia. Are they for real, one month for me to recieve the order.Im just annoyed and will stick with Bricklink for my service part orders as iv done in the past. What gets me is they dont have a service centre in the pasific region to forfill orders.Anyone else had the same experience?

I did an order when they had that free shipping going and got mine last monday. I wasn't fussed with the wait. But they did send me an odd version of the trans pieces I ordered. specifically the window pane has 4 dots molded into the centre of the window. It looks crap so i'm going to complain. I wouldn't normally but I ordered 70 of them.

I know this is an old thread but I recently ordered pick a brick from lego and it took just under 2 weeks, actually 11 days i think. The small car set i ordered at the same time arrived another week later which is a little strange.
