Just a few pics of my "pirate port" project still in very early stages.
Will one day house the "Pirate hunter" ship..... hopefully.

Cheers, just waiting for more roof tiles to add another couple of houses and extend the port by about a foot it will be "F" shaped so that ships can dock along side one another ... then the Eldorado fort will sit at the end ensuring all taxes are paid in full.

I was a bit blown out when I checked out bricklink to increase my Blue coat army and saw the price tag on these little fellas, why did they have to discontinue this theme for POTC, even red coats have/will jump in price quickly as they disappear from the retail market and are only on the second hand/misb market.
Sad days indeed for budding Privateers out there, I'm lucky that I cought the first wave (complete 1989) but new comers will pay through the teeth to have opposing armys blue vs red.

Nice, nice.....it's a very nice, but I'm a little worried out the look of that small bay window (the one in the middle has no support at the top......some drunk pirate could fall out ! legolaugh

it was unavoidable as that window is not in line with top support due to the other 2 being at 45 degrees there must be a way around it, I just haven't worked it out yet.

just ordered 200 x 1x4 reddish-brown tiles @ $0.03 so that floor wont be black for long,
might keep the white table top though.

The buildings look great, are they all your own designs or do some belong from sets?

the MMV buildings are there but the other three are mine plus all the little bits like the lock up and shame cage are MOCs.
The plan is to add another few buildings ect, waiting on more BL orders.
still need to order a bucket load of blue bricks to create a good body of water, plus a few jetties running of the main dock.........then I'll think of something else it needs ....... expect on going updates for quite some time as I'm never happy that there is enough there.
almost forgot my ship moc too, will be included.

The third building finally gets an interior ....
So obvious it's silly what good is a coppers without a brewer to sell barrels to?
RUM!! and lots of it, that'll fill their tums and get them rolly polly .
