I am using LDD to design the 3500 class electrifies hauler, and I am not sure on the center bogie.

Will that configuration work?

I have very limited experience with this but I don't know if it will work, I fear going around a bend in the track it will force the front or rear off the track as the top moves on the angle but the middle bogie forces it to stay straight.

Just did a quick knock up. The center bogie extends beyond the edge of the model on a standard curve.

If I do a half stud curve, it works fine but takes up far more room.

Oh well, another top shelf static.

wayne, do you have a photo of the real train so we can get an idea of what you are endeavouring to build?
