Brixhibition 2013

Hi guys, I am seeking suitable dates for Brixhibition 2013 as a few LEGO enthusiasts have asked whether we could get certified LEGO Builder Ryan Mcnaught to come across Bass Strait with something special for the event.
Sadly we often find that a double booking occurs so as a result I want to get planning for next year early so we can increase our chances of getting one of the best Australia has to offer.

Basically could the organisers of each event liase with each other so we can all can get the benefit of having him aboard instead of missing out

Brickvention runs in mid to late January each year so you should avoid that. Next years dates will be 18th-20th Jan. Ryan has attended in past years because we are the LUG he started with and he lives in Melbourne.

If you want to select dates to make sure Ryan can make it, you're best to talk directly with him though, since not only does he try to attend Australian conventions he has attended US and European conventions in the past couple of years. Only he knows which events he plans to attend.

I currently know about Brickvention being in January and the plans of both the Canberra Brick Expo and Brisbricks.

Does Adelugs and the Perth guys have plans to run a similar event in 2013 ???
