You may scream in space, but no one will hear you.....

This game made by EA is set in space on the mining ship the ishimura. The game is a sci-fi horror set in the confines of the ship as you wonder the decks trying to work out what happened. The game borrows from a few films for it's concept; event horizon, solaris and aliens. Do not play in the dark and on your own as you will find yourself changing your dacks a few times. The game gives resident evil a run for it's money and shows what the next gen systems can do.

Here is a link for a bit more info on the game

"In Space no one can hear you scream skulltransform " - Aliens. I loved that! Hmmm sci-fi horror? Sounds good legosunglasses

It sounds abit like a F.E.A.R. the video game. Where a team is sent in [not in space in america] in a facility [of some mad scientist or something] to find out what happened.

Also anyone who's played SW Republic Commando the Assault Ship level's pretty creep well not that bad but made me jump afew times... [DONT Play at 2am......lol] :legoshocked2:

Well DL it is only your character on the whole ship......there are 2 other's who help you along the way and there is a great twist in it as well.....one of your members is hiding a secret which gets revealed about 3/4 of the way through. Also EA pushed for dismemberment as the key part of killing in the game as apposed to just shooting them until they die.

In case you didn't know, Dead Space was programmed by a team of game developers in Melbourne (working for EA), including some good buddies and former colleagues of mine. If you like the game and have any compliments, I'll pass them on.
