peterab has consistantly been a good poster, takes care to use good grammar, and has dedicated a lot of his time to ANZFOL, so as a thank you, he has been promoted to Town Moderator. The position means he will take care of everything in the CITY forum, and any trains and town related threads. So let's give him a big congratulations!
