It looks beautiful but just 6 seats in the cinema seems a little lame considering the size of the building.

It's all about compressed scale I suppose. Thinking about the old Civic movie theater in Auckland which is built in a similar style and how large that is, Lego would've ended up with a massive and very expensive set if they'd tried to make the seating capacity more representational.
