Yes, 2012 sees the return of Batman and addition of Superman, Green Lantern and Wonder Woman !
ComicCon sees the release of the theme this week and check this link from Variety for more details.

Neat stuff! Will bring down the price of Batman minifigs at least. This will be good for LEGO layouts, kids really like seeing familiar faces like these guys in displays.

What are you talking about. This will allow adults who missed out the first time to hoard cool figures like Spiderman and Batman on their home layouts.
