Name that set
ok so after sorting the 100kgs of lego i have i started off with the bag of green bits and came accross these odd looking bits.
To me it looks like you set a lego man down on one bit and flick him....any idea what set this is from?

also are there any resources i can use that may help me identify sets that may be amongst this bulk lego....
ahh i found what looks like a pirate ship in the brown....oh and 6983 (ice planet 2002).

They look like they're from the 3569-1: Grand Soccer Stadium
or the 3409-1: Championship Challenge from the football subtheme.

As long as you keep posting in the same topic rather than create a new one each time it shouldn't be a problem.
It might be faster to use bricklink if you can find the parts, as each parts page links to a page which lists all the sets it has appeared in. Though untill you get familiar with bricklink it may take a while to find the part. In the long run it is worthwhile to become familiar with bricklink though,
