The 1st ever Lego Movie on DVD
The DVD titled the Adventures of Clutch Powers was sighted by me at Woolworths and so I have bought and watched it.
I wont say too much other than its worth a look for those serious fanatics who are keen to see the first of probably many Lego movies.

Re: The 1st ever Lego Movie on DVD
I was just about to start a thread on this because it didn't come up when I did a search for Clutch Powers
I, along with my son, enjoyed this movie. It had a few recognisable sets. We have also seen the Atlantis movie
I am hoping there are a few more Lego movies in the coming years

Re: The 1st ever Lego Movie on DVD
I watched this movie with extremely low expectations, I expected it to be just one big LEGO comercial - but I was really impressed by it! I thought the characters had quite a lot of depth and I found the story really interesting too! I also loved some of the adult community references too: a certain scientist's name for example.

Hooray, three weeks after I started this topic a couple of members finally speak up about this adventure.
As soon as it started I began to count the amount of sets that I had at the time however because they just kept coming before my eyes I lost count.
I loved the storyline and can't wait to see another one later in the near future which should happen, fingers crossed.

Re: The 1st ever Lego Movie on DVD
I bought the movie with very low expectations and was pleasantly surprised with it. I intend to screen it at an upcoming Brisbane meetup.
I liked the way it was not a movie that looked like lego, but was actually consitent with the feel of real lego. Things come apart and are put back together.
If you get to chance it is worth a look.
