This is what me and Captain Zuloo spend our afternoon working on. We are yet to comlete him here are some ~~shotty~~ pictures of it. They are ok photos but taken with my webcam so not the best i will get some better ones as soon as the project is fully completed

Oh, now come on - the head is totally the best part! On looking at your photos I realise the torso is too wide. I'd get rid of that last step and make it 1 stud narrower on each side. That also means changing the width of the legs.
