You need to upload them to a photo hosting site like Brickshelf, MocPages or flickr, and then link to them from here using the image tags.

Re: Photos of your Lego collection
there's a host image button available when you post just click that then upload from your computer, once it's uploaded copy and paste the image code into your post ( this will also resize you pics for forums).
you can access these pictures later by opening that button and clicking the letterhead wich will take you to all your uploaded pics for future use.

Re: Photos of your Lego collection
Thanks peterab and TazManiac. And welcome to master builder! Very nice collection you have there - do you do any MOCing?
Re: Photos of your Lego collection
Ok so here is my collection. These are photo's of my lego / toy room. I had to build the layout around and under the desk in order to do a decent loop. I'm still sorting out all of my bricks from when I was a kid. Currently just trying to do by colour and then i'll get in a break them down a little more.
My plan is to eventually do a show layout in my garage... slowly getting my plans done and building up more track and baseplates. This is just a temporary set up.

Some nice looking sets there. How big is the layout itself?

Re: Photos of your Lego collection
my collection is not worthy of a photo really, unless I add my sons stuff aswell but that's cheating.
Each MOC I do really pushes my brick supply to the limit, because I wont destroy the BSB or Eldorado fort to moc with and my starwars stuff stays built, so pretty much every thing I build is form parts out of my HP collection and now BL orders.
I think having a small amount of bricks to work with has made me a better builder as I'm forced to work around not having what I need.

Re: Photos of your Lego collection
layout is only roughly 3m x 2m.
Most of the sets are old from mid 80's to early 90's except for the train stuff and some new city stuff i got for my birthday. The layout I want to build will be much bigger once I get the space!

Re: Photos of your Lego collection
I have just taken some photos of my collection (in the dreaded sorting thread).
I have two large kennard boxes still packed with Lego models which I am trying to make room for.
Here are two photos of my collection

Re: Photos of your Lego collection
Here's a photo of my town at the moment. I have some planes and helicopters off to the left and you can see half of the Lego truck. I need a bigger desk and more base plates to set everything up I think.

Youch! That's a pretty big load of LEGO! Is that a dedicated LEGO room that these pictures are taken in?AnitaE wrote:Here are two photos of my collection

Re: Photos of your Lego collection
Our garage has been converted into a lego space *blush* Which is good because we have building space which can now also double as a stop motion studio without a toddler playing with it
Although I still prefer to build on the lounge room floor.
I have been collecting Lego for a while, even during my dark age I would still accumulate Lego, I just wouldn't build with it.
(We even have a lego space for the toddler now (she has one of those lego play tables and tubs of the Lego she likes (fabuland, mickey, belville).

Re: Photos of your Lego collection
Here is also an update of my building area.
I now have a designated stop motion area
Stop motion work area by tikitikitembo, on Flickr
And this is pretty much how my collection is set up at the moment (except messier)
Lego storage - workspace by tikitikitembo, on Flickr
I want to change my sorting system again... but thankfully being lazy is preventing me starting that project (I went from type to colour and want to go to type again)

Re: Photos of your Lego collection
Aaahhhh! Anita that is just for what a garage should be used.
Bugger the car; keep the LEGO safe.
I must admit that your garage looks a lot tidier then mine.
Your little angel must have been asleep when you took that photo.
