Hey guys long time no see ^_^ well been over in Japan for a month now and having a great time. Been visiting the Lego retailers here and prices seem pretty decent tbh.

Picked up the blue cargo train 60052 the other day from Bic Camera for $175
They have the white train 60051 for $125 and i will get it soon. They have ghostbusters for just $50 and i see it on ebay for like $95 legounsure Im considering getting a few GB's and sell when i get back to Australia in a year or so..

They also have that Town Corner set thats the bigW exclusive (used to see it in bigw for like $123) here its $80

Sadly i cant get the Maersk triple liner here so will just have to miss out..

How you guys going anyway?

glad to hear from you!

It's quiet around here as always.

is there a second hand /used lego marketplace over there? it would be interesting to see if you find discontinued sets or kg's of used bulk lego and good prices.

Quiet legounsure What happened to Annie, Snaplock, Tiger, Brickie and all them? I suspect if there is a 2nd hand market here that its smaller and harder to find. Nonetheless i will try and make a post if successful. On bricklink there are a few jap sellers of collectibles (might i add old and very rare Maersk sets too) so they must be scrounging it from somewhere round here..

On a side note I realized that my own collection was getting out of hand so i sold off around a quarter - mostly newer stuff. Hence i went pretty quiet on the forum for a while there. I have a new policy now so things wont get outta hand.. Only gonna buy trains and town buildings sets. Least then it fits for a nice city/rail theme.

Still doing all those cool moc's huh? And yes thanks its going pretty well here.

Oh btw you guys something interesting on a side note - nanoblocks are making full motorized train sets! Couldnt beleive my eyes. Roughly $110 for the full box set. Going to grab one soon.

EDIT-
Bad news for me.. All 6 of the Ghostbusters stock got bought up before i had a chance to get back in there >_< I ordered a couple but its a limited edition and if lego japan has none i will miss out.. Booo
