As part of celebrating the new year I went ahead and purchased the Detective's Office Modular Buildings # 10246 from LEGO Shop @ Home for $229.00 which I think is pretty reasonable.

Now BrickExpo (Canberra) is over, time to take a deep breath and grab some older sets missing from my collection. Picked up Twin Pod Cloud Car (hello old Lobot minifig) and whacked it together. Now getting Ferrari Truck, UCS TIE, Changing Seasons and some DC sets out of layby.... Force Friday also rapidly approaching...

Nice! I managed to resist adding to my collection while at BrickExpo, since I have multiple bricklink orders that have just arrived and more on the way.
