Let me introduce myself

Hi Everybody!

I've been lurking around here for a while but I figured it was time to introduce myself. My name is Michael, and I am an AFOL. (For those of you on Whirlpool, I am TwistedD over there)

I got back in to LEGO a few years ago now, and since then have been steadily growing my collection. It's still very modest by some standards http://www.brickset.com/search/?owned=MDolley
I buy a bit of everything, but I generally don't buy licensed themes. I guess I am racist towards non-yellow minifigures?

I don't do a lot of MOC work, but it's something that I do want to do more off. Mainly to free up space

I recently built AFOL Map, that allows people to mark themselves on a map so as a community we can see where people are from. http://www.anafolstory.com/map (not a commercial project, just something I built for fun)

I won't go into too much detail (or post links) because I don't want to break any rules, but I am also working on a short film project I call "An AFOL Story"

Thanks for the welcome. I have never met an AFOL that wasn't a great person, so I am looking forward to having a new way to engage with people.

I'm glad you like my web stuff. I do a bit of it at work but I a long way from being an expert. Always looking for ways to expand my skills by working on LEGO related project. I was thinking about building a sale sharing site, but I have been pretty busy lately.
