Welcome to ANZFOL.
1) I'm no longer a kid, but I still feel like it.
2) I actually liked Belville and Scala better than the Friends line. They had all the interesting and unusual colours, eg medium green, light turquoise, light yellow, salmon, violet etc.
3) Correct, some people collect these sets. And some of us are past the ''play'' age.
4) Technically we cannot live in this place because this is a website.
5) ?
6) Profit!!!!

Aw, that sounds really sad, - are there really folk who are past the 'play' age?

I'm not actually past the whole 'play' thing - but strangely never seem to build or play with anything I buy It's not that I'm deliberately avoiding it, just always doing other stuff. I think you can label me mostly to be in a 'collector' capacity at least for the time being.
Re: hi there kiddies
If i owned some of the older MIB sets that you do Kalia I wouldn't play with them either. While I've got some sealed 'My Own Train' stuff that's going to stay sealed I mostly buy unsealed or boxless sets so I can PLAY with them

Did your fairy godmother cast that spell upon you Princess Lime?
Inside myself where it counts I'm still 12, but on the outside I'm 59 (sigh).
I often have the urge to go up to children and say to them, 'Don't grow up - you won't like it!'

Re: hi there kiddies
Myself, I love playing with LEGO.
Yesterday, we had all sorts of magical things happening in the lounge room; cars and trains zooming around the table whilst imaginations were running wild with animals running riot on the roads and minifigs joining in the mayhem.
I must admit that I am as guilty as the 7 and 10 year olds in having fun. Maybe one day I will grow up but I hope it is not for another 40 years.
