are there any independant lego stores in Melbourne?

hi gang,

about to move to Mornington Peninsula for work, and will be up in melbourne a lot. is there any small, independant lego stores in Melbourne at all? is there anything like adelaide's toy corner?

any victorians, or people in the know please let me know.
