Latest Sightings
Power Miners sighted at Target. All have a combination gimmick (like Exo-force) where you combine 2 sets to create a new vehicle. Rather impressed but won't be buying any until sale time.

I've been doing that with all my sets this year so far [accept impulses or really cheap under $10 like 7236] Well I only really like the Mine Mech or That bike thing [forgot name] :
Also Pirates should be here around March [atleast the Impulses and smaller sets]
Re: Latest Sightings
Impulse sets have higher numbers so I'm not sure if your correct. Sale are heaps good if you want the bigger sets, I genrally buy them normally if their under $40 at normal price but it is nice to get them on sale. :Darth_Legois wrote:Redboost wrote:but won't be buying any until sale time.

Re: Latest Sightings
The impulse sets have apparently shown up in a Toyworld up in QLD somewhere. No sign of the larger sets though. :

Please dont bash other LEGO Sites. Consider this an offical warning.
Re: Latest Sightings
I have 6240 Kraken Attackin' which I bought at the Brickvention Auction. Its a cool little set, though I paid about double retail to buy it early (and it helps fund BV). Lego donates a bunch of unreleased sets to BV for this purpose.
The minifigs are printed front & back and are nicely detailed, but a little more cartoony than the old pirates. I'll probably buy some more pirates, particularly the ship because I missed out last time due to dark ages :-(

Re: Latest Sightings
Guys they took the New Items of Power miners, Pirates and Indy at S@H I think this could mean we will be seeing pirates in a day or two. Remember this is only an assumption so don't believe what I just said to be 100%

Late this month/Early July is when they'll come out. (most likely) :
Can't wait since they'll come out during mid-year sales

city sets spotted
All the latest city sets saw in Kmart today I was keen on the city corner but I thought $99 was a bit steep. Considering I mainly like it for the bus. See if I can last out until the sales.
