New tables Empty New tables

A great working bee was held today to finish off the new tables for the displays this year.

6 of us were there today to punch nails, putty holes, sand, undercoat and give the tables a nice coat of green.

We now have 9 tables ready to go which are each 4 x 6 [ 32x 32 ] baseplates.

The Toowoomba members are providing the steel for the legs.

All in all, a job well done by the members of BLTG.

The tables are ready; all we have to do now is finish the preparations for each of our tables.

There will be a mountain at one end, a farm, lots in between, a sea scene, a city and 'ScreamWorld'.

4 weeks to go before we present our display at BMTS at the Exhibition Grounds on the Long Weekend at the start of May.

It should be a great display as we have our 'older ' members presenting plus great input from our newer members.

We are all looking forward to 3 days of fun.
