Building Up the Membership Base of TAZ-Brick Empty Building Up the Membership Base of TAZ-Brick

The heading may sound a bit funny but the seriousness of it isn't because after six months of discussions with fellow local LEGO enthuiasts the following news must be told.

Effectively as of this day the TAZ-Brick Collectors is an affiliated group of individuals who reside in Tassie whom have agreed to terms of affiliating with the Model Makers and Collectors Association for the purposes stated below.

Cover ourselves with Public Liability Insurance should any enthusiast wish to showcase their brick work across this state.
Be part of exhibitions such as the Train Expo held in Hobart, the Toy Expo in Launceston both which are held every year and any other opportunity that arises in the forthcoming twelve months and beyond.

Build up a reputation that eventually sees us conduct a Brick Expo of our own which is my utimate goal !!!

So those reading it based in Tassie have something to think about as I have the passion to lead from the front to put us on the map legohappy

I just replied to your post on the Taz-bricks group on Facebook about this, where is the best spot to talk about it.
