Creating Instructions? Empty Creating Instructions?

Hi Im New here, but I have been on Eurobricks for quite some time now. My problem is that many people have building instructions fr their mocs online and off, I was wondering if any of you know how to make them? legounsure

you can generate one with LDD but you have to build it in LDD first.

I believe MlCAD also has those capabilities.

Reverse engineer it!!

Build it first, then take pics as you dismantle it in a series of steps, then dump them all in a PDF document with a brick style background...

There are two chief methods:

LDD is the easy way while MLCAD + LPub is the hard way but yields much better results.

I use the latter as my models tend to be pretty complicated and LDD isn't ideal for that. If you tend to build mostly with studs up LDD should be fine.
