Hello! Came across this forum via Eurobrick. A short intro about myself, I'm a Lego fan from Sydney and I've only been collecting avidly for the past 8 months. Lego has been part of my childhood since I was 5 but as I collect many toylines, Lego has always taken a backseat to my primary collecting habits. That all changed when I saw another person's classic space collection. As there was a drought in new stuff available, I decided to get a few Lego sets to tide me over. Now that few has turned into a flood, and I now have every space set from Blacktron I through to Insectoids. I'm only missing a few Unitron and Roboforce sets. Other themes which have interested me include Ferrari, Exo-Force, Mars Mission, Agents, Castle (Fantasy Era), Aqua Raiders II and Batman. Anyways, thats enough about me, hopefully my stay will be long and fun. legohappy:

Thanks for the welcome guys. Its funny, I didn't really intend to get that many sets - I was focussing mainly on classic space but then I finished up those sets and because there wasn't anything new out that I wanted from my other toy collecting, I got a few newer sets at retail and then it just exploded. It doesn't help that I'm a completist as well so if I get a set from a particular theme, I usually end up collecting every set from that theme. Anyways, here's a few pics from my collection:

Of all the sets released in 2008, I personally rate the Mobile Command Center as set of the year. The amount of mini vehicles stored in the truck, the projector gimmick and the overall design just reeks of awesomeness. legohappy:

Hi redboost, I also have some of the exo-force sets. They are all away at the moment and in pieces. I do have a large collection of star wars lego and I have posted some pics in my brickshelf folder.
