I must say that you have been busy since my last visit on the website and as always it is awesome as ever.

Good choice of tyre brands for the Porsche 918 Spyder as long as the speedster who sits behind the wheel doesn't get any ideas of a brick foot whilst in the streets of Brick-a-laide

Thanks 'FS', I thought you were coming over to Adelaide for our event......but something must have come up.....same happen to me when Captain Z invited me to Canberra for the August do a few years back and I was both sick & broke.....oh, well.

Anyway, some important news now.........

Yes, that's right no more NM.....I was sicked and tired of people asking is this the real town or not so shortly I will have a new name.....I have short listed some and once I have decided it I will post it.

Now I need a little help......I have short listed three names........

1.) Hackett (a name related to myself)

2.) Mattlock (a name of an old TV show about a Victorian country town in the early 1970's)

3.) Wandin Valley (a name of the town in my wife's favourite Aussie TV show of all time A Country Practice)

Which one ?

I was intending to come over however I asked a question about volunteering for the event and subsequently got no response albeit at the time I was nursing a bad back.

Anyway as they say there is always next time !!!

As for short listing a new name for your famous town I would love to see Wandin Valley as I too enjoy watching the show via my DVD collection.

Some of the buildings and the classic cars like the FJ Holden and MGB would be awesome to see once built in bricks.

Though it will be my SA style town....it will have custom minifigs of Vicki, Simon, Cookie and of course Bob Hatfield with his plumbers truck......I'll use my wife as a reference since she is such a ACP Geek LOL........keep watching !

I would have voted for Wandin Valley too, had I been quick enough. I used to watch ACP with my parents when I was a kid Did Mount Thomas or Summer Bay make it on to the short list before the above shorter list....? Haha
