MOC: Truck

Post by Red_Five on Thu 26 Sep 2013, 5:18 am

I had this built for a couple of weeks but I didn't get around to photographing it.

It's supposed to be a Bedford truck from the 1950's.

Thanks for looking. legosunglasses

The 2x2 round bricks were an easy choice for the rear wheels,
I didn't have any other wheels available in red.

Really nice truck design, I might replicate this for my own layout.

What piece are the front wheels I don't recognise them.

I'm not normally big on vehicle MOCs but I love old cars and I love your MOC! So much detail and you've made it so close to the original, it's fantastic!! I like the mirrors and the flat bed feature the most, but all the details you've added are magnificent!!! legoeyesheart

Thanks for sharing and happy building legoeyeshutlaughing

Thanks for the link, no wonder I don't recognise them, they're recent enough that I would have been avoiding buying any more wheels, and fall in the time that a lot of city sets were quite juniorised. I quite like the look though, so I might have to pick up a couple of pairs to play with.
