I recently was lucky enough to purchase this set off a friend, it has been well looked after and looks great on display. The first mod I wanted to make was to add a PF motor to drive the gear box, this would allow the fake V8 engine to run at various speeds depending on which gear it was in.

Below are some photos and a video of the end result. Video is on my blog: http://mizibunktechnic.blogspot.com.au/2013/05/8448-super-street-sensation-with-pf.html

An update on this.

I have now pulled this down and changed how it works, now the PF motor is connect to the rear of the gear box and drives the rear wheels.
