The rumours come from Legomilk who has in the past had reliable information. I'd guess he gets to see the preliminary photos in a retailers catalogue. His description is that it will be a yellow and gray corner building, and consistent with the name is some sort of a shop. Sounds good to me, and it confirms that modular buildings will continue past the original plan of three buildings. Do you build in 6 stud...or 8 stud?

I build in both depending on the loco im doing. I prefer 8 stud in terms of detailing, you can fit much much more. Plus the scale is better.
